The Rotary Club of New York Queens kicked off November with a highly successful first meeting, marked by impactful discussions on key initiatives and community outreach programs.
We’re delighted to welcome Angela D’Amato, Assistant Vice President & Branch Manager of Ridgewood Savings Bank, to our team! Her expertise and passion will undoubtedly enrich our club’s efforts to make a difference.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Ridgewood Savings Bank for their outstanding support, including hosting our meeting and sponsoring dinner, as well as their Gold Sponsorship of $500 for the Rotary Gala Dinner 2025.
The meeting’s success is a testament to our members’ dedication and active participation. We’re proud of the progress we’re making, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve.
We were also able to consider the request of our member, Rtn. Sudesna Adhikari, to support her brother-in-law, who is battling cancer. Wishing him an early recovery to good health! Together, we’ve been able to contribute $1041 to support his well-being, broken down as follows:
