✨ **Blood Donation: Saving Lives Together!** ✨
We are delighted to announce the remarkable success of today’s Blood Drive Event organized by the Rotary Club of New York Queens in collaboration with Gorkha Samaj New York Chapter, Dil Kumari Memorial Foundation, and Kathmandu Samaj USA, Inc. With over 50 participants generously stepping up to donate blood, we are truly grateful for their commitment amid their busy weekday schedules.
A total of more than 34 individuals successfully donated their blood to support the New York Blood Center. While over 20 people faced various challenges preventing them from joining us today, we look forward to their participation in our upcoming Blood Drive Event.
The act of donating blood selflessly holds the potential to save lives during critical moments. We express our heartfelt appreciation to all participants for their generosity, time, and unwavering support. Special recognition goes to the NYC Blood Center team for their relentless dedication and hard work in ensuring the success of this event.
During the events certificates of appreciation were distributed for both blood donors as well as for the children and youth who volunteered in various events in the past as well as in today”s event.
