Crowley, District Governor of Rotary District 7255, and Honorable Michael Ashkenozy, Assistant District Governor. During this special gathering, District Governor Tom Crowley presented our esteemed President, Hans Raj Joshi, with the Rotary theme flag of the year. This flag signifies the inspiring theme for this year, “Create Hope,” which was carefully chosen by the honorable Gordon R. McInally, President of Rotary International.
