In Deepest Sympathy: Remembering Rich It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss that the Rotary Club of New York Queens shares the news of the passing of Rich, the beloved husband of our esteemed District Governor Lydia. Rich was far more than a guest at our gatherings; he was a pillar of strength and a true ideal icon for our members. His unwavering support for Governor Lydia and his devotion to his family stood as a beautiful masterclass in commitment and grace. To see them together was to see a partnership built on mutual respect and shared purpose—a sight that never failed to inspire every one of us. His presence had a unique way of lifting the spirit of any room he entered. With a kind word and an encouraging smile, Rich turned every meeting into a more meaningful occasion. He was, in every sense, a quiet force of inspiration who reminded us of the heart behind our service. To our dear Governor Lydia and her family: please accept our deepest condolences.
