The Park Cleanup & Leaf Raking Event, held today at Moore Homestead Playground, was a huge success. The event was organized by the Rotary Club of New York Queens and Rotary Club of Queensborough West in collaboration with NYC Parks & Recreation. A big thank you to Faith j. Labis, President of the Rotary Club of Queensborough West, and her team, as well as our all our club officers including Rtn. Nabaraj KC, Past President , Rtn. Michael Ashkenazy , Assistant District Governor and Tsering Lama , President , Interact club and her team members for their deligent , hard work and dedication. The event not only helped clean up the park but also included a Winter Coat Drive, collecting warm clothing for those in need. It's great to see the community coming together to make a difference. Event Highlights: – Park Cleanup: Volunteers worked together to clean up the park and make it a beautiful space for the community. – Leaf Raking: Participants raked leaves and helped maintain the park's grounds. – Winter Coat & Clothes Drive: Donations were collected to support those in need of warm clothing.
