🌟 **Exciting Evening for the Rotary Club of New York Queens!** 🌟 Today, on Sunday, September 8, 2024, we had the immense pleasure of hosting a meet and greet event to welcome Honorable Beverly R. James, the Rotary District 7255 Governor, to our monthly meeting. We were honored to have our Honorable Assistant District Governor, Michael Ashkenozy, alongside our esteemed past presidents, Nabraj KC, Kham Bhatta, and Hans Raj Joshi. We were also delighted to host guests including Pemba Gyaljen Sherpa, the immediate Past Board of Trustee Coordinator from the United Sherpa Association (USA), Inc. During this inspiring event, President of the club Arbin Poudel awarded membership certificates to our newly joined members, Dawa Karma Sherpa and Khem Kumar KC from Honorable District Governor Beverly R. James . Our club president, Arbin Poudel, took the opportunity to highlight our club activities and recognized the dedication of our past presidents Nabaraj KC, Kham Bhatta, immediate past president Hans Raj Joshi and also President Elect Karma Lama with appreciation certificate of Merit issued by the New York State Assembly Member.
