📢 Meeting Update: April 24, 2024 🗓️ Today, on April 24, 2024, we had a highly productive meeting with esteemed members of our club. In attendance were our club's former president, Nabraj KC, Guru Datta Parajuli, Current President Hans Raj Joshi, President Elect Arbin Paudel, Club Member Dr. Shekhar Giri, and Secretary of the club, Karma Lama at Royal Byanjan Palace Cafe & Restaurant located at 85-30 37th Avenue , Jackson Heights NY 11372. We discussed the following key agendas: 1️⃣ Congratulated upcoming President Arbin Poudel Sir on completing the PETs training and shared his valuable experience and also wish him a Happy Birthday too 2️⃣ Discussed ongoing projects: Reviewed the progress and achievements of our previous projects and addressed any ongoing initiatives that require attention. 3️⃣ Upcoming events: Highlighted the Rotary Day of Service on May 18, 2024, focusing on the "Neighborhood Cleaning Event." 4️⃣ New membership drive: Explored effective strategies to attract new members and expand our club's reach in the community, essential for our growth and impact. 5️⃣ Fundraising event: Discussed plans for an upcoming Raffle Lottery to raise funds for our community service projects. 6️⃣ Discussed the club's participation in the upcoming Nepal 🇳🇵 Day Parade on May 19, 2024. 7️⃣ Continued our signature campaign, "Luggage for Life." 8️⃣ Emphasized the importance of planting trees to protect climate resilience and sustainability. The meeting was incredibly successful and productive.
