The Rotary Club of New York Queens and the Rotary Club of Queensborough West successfully organized a blood drive event, bringing together over 45 donors out of 60 attendees dedicated & committed to lifesaving donations.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their generosity and special thanks to Rtn. Faith J. Labis , President of Rotary club of Queens Borough West and her club members who participated and volunteered wholeheartedly for the event.
Special recognition goes to social activist Shankar Poudel, who marked his 50th blood donation, directly impacting 150 lives. His selfless dedication to humanitarian causes is a beacon of inspiration.

During the event Rtn. Kham Bhatta, Past and Founder President, Rtn. Karma Lama, President of the Rotary Club of New York Queens, Rtn. Faith J. Labis, President of Rotary Club of Queensboro West, Rtn. Arbin Poudel, Immediate Past President, Rtn. Hans Raj Joshi, Past President donated the blood. Distinguished members from Sherpa Kyidug , Lama Gelbo & Lama Lhhaten also donated their blood to save lives of the people .
Likewise Rtn. Pasang Sherpa, President-Elect of Rotary Club of New York Queens & Rtn. Khem KC , Board of Director who has donated for the first time.
We appreciate the New York Blood Center’s partnership and support, which was instrumental in the success of this event. Their collaboration enabled us to serve the community effectively.
During the event , Tsering Choeky , President, Yuba Raj Bhatta , President Elect , Arbin Sherpa, Sange Sherpa interact members volunteered for the event .
